Ticket Exchange
We’ve had a few questions about the ticket process this year so just to clarify, ticket sales are ONLINE ONLY – you can’t buy them anywhere else – we accept all major credit and debit cards, and the box office will remain open until the allocation is exhausted.

Upon purchase, your ticket is delivered instantly by bar-coded email, which you can then either print out or save on your smartphone. We will email you instructions on how to exchange for tickets/bands closer to the time. Don’t worry it’ll be really easy!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Tickets are online only. The alternative to this is buying on the door, where the prices will be higher!
  • You will get one ticket per order, so if you buy several event tickets you will only receive one bar-coded email.
  • If you come back and book additional events you will be sent another bar-coded email.
  • Please remember to bring any emails with you, as we will need to scan the barcode. You can either print them off or show them to us either on a smartphone or a tablet device.
